To keep your Parasense systems working reliably and to solve any problems that may occur, we have dedicated support engineers who install, commission and provide maintenance services for Parasense products.
We offer Aftercare support packages for each client, to match our level of service with your requirements and budgets, as well as complementing the skills and experience of your refrigeration contractors.
As well as working with end users, we have excellent working relationships with contractors and frequently partner on projects to install, commission and certify the correct operation of our leak detection systems.
Our Aftercare programme includes a range of packages from straight-forward ‘pay as you go’ service, through to all-inclusive, on-site support with planned preventative maintenance.
All service plans include annual PPM inspections, email and phone support and the assurance of all original Parasense parts. We also offer plans that include service engineer callouts, as well as remote monitoring of your equipment with a dedicated account manager.
All of our support engineers are highly skilled and very knowledgeable in the field of refrigeration. They are all directly employed by Parasense.
